LARGUS

Terms of Use

Effective 8 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-08.9

These terms govern this website and applications for future Clargus beta access. They do not promise a launch date or immediate access.

Article 1: Website operator and scope

This website is operated by Clargus. Contact [email protected] about these terms. By submitting an application you agree to these website and application terms. Merely visiting does not constitute consent to optional cookies.

Article 2: Pre-beta applications

Clargus is pre-beta. Applying is a request to be considered for future access, not a subscription, purchase, guaranteed invitation, or commitment to a launch date. We may limit invitations and change or discontinue the program. No fee or automatic charge is created by this application.

Provide accurate information, apply only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent, and be at least 18 years old. Future platform access, paid services, and creator subscriptions may require separate terms.

Article 3: Research information, not investment advice

Website examples, research descriptions, and sample materials are general information. They are not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer to trade securities, or a promise of returns. You are responsible for your decisions and for independently checking information. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Article 4: Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not submit unlawful material, other people’s confidential data without authority, spam, malicious code, or misleading applications. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape personal applicant data, or impersonate another publisher.

Clargus and its licensors retain rights in the website and its materials. You may view and share links to public pages for lawful purposes. You retain rights in your submitted material and allow us to process it only to handle the application and related communications. An institutional application does not grant permission to publish your research; a creator application does not itself grant a publishing license.

Article 5: Publisher and referral links

A referral link identifies a publisher account and publishing platform. One publisher may have several platform-specific links, and Clargus-owned accounts may use their own marked links. Attribution is subject to the visitor’s optional referral choice and may be incomplete when tracking is declined.

A generated link does not by itself create a partnership, commission, payment obligation, exclusivity, or right to represent Clargus. Compensation, if agreed, requires a separate written agreement. Publishers must give truthful descriptions and clearly disclose sponsorship, compensation, or other material relationships where required. Do not imply guaranteed access or investment returns.

Article 6: Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains application handling, providers, retention, and rights. Our Cookie Policy explains optional tracking. We may contact you to review your application or arrange access. Accepting these terms does not opt you into unrelated marketing or optional cookies.

Article 7: Availability and responsibility

We provide this pre-beta website and sample materials as available and may update them. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every example is complete or current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for investment losses based on website materials or for indirect losses from use of the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.

Article 8: Changes and questions

The current version and date appear on this page. Material changes apply prospectively; a new acknowledgement may be requested for future applications. Please contact [email protected] first about a concern. Applicable mandatory law and rights remain in force; these terms do not impose an unconfirmed jurisdiction or compulsory arbitration.
